At the proteomics division in Karolinska Biomics Centre (KBC), we work on several proteomics methods to resolve questions on disease and therapy related changes in the human proteome.
We are currently working and improving several proteomics methods to facilitate high resolution proteomics from patient samples. At same time we have started several clinical proteomics projects, mainly concentrating on therapy related research questions aiming to find new proteins biomarkers for diagnosis, prognosis and novel drug targets.
