Recently graduated from the Biomedicine program at KI, have been working with several projects involving cellular DNA damage-induced signaling and its modulation by small molecules. Method of choice: flow cytometry, although immunofluorescence, Clonogenic survival assay, Western blotting, MTT assays are also frequently used.
