The Genomic core facility offers comprehensive microarray services on a number of technology platforms including Affymetrix GeneChip, Applied Biosystems 1700, and custom spotted oligonucleotide arrays. We are dedicated to providing high-quality arrays, service and support to the scientific community at Karolinska University Hospital and beyond.
The Genomic core facility was founded in 2002 through the generous contributions of the FoUU committee of Karolinska University Hospital.
